Rita Marley built a $20,000,000 USD Studio in Ghana that was burnt down and with her reportedly having thoughts to have it re-established but will not as the Estate of Clement 'SIR COXON' Seymour Dodd and Bunny Wailer on behalf of The Wailers step to the plate with appropriate legal steps to stop her and her partners for misappropriating the Studio One Trademark and related business model.

BURNING JUSTICE SERVED!

Those in the know would appreciate that Rita Marley would not spend $20,000,000 USD on a studio in Ghana and that this MUST be her usual role of being a foil for Chris Blackwell.  Why is the Studio being set up as 'Studio One' the birth place of Jamaican Music, its most exclusive catalog incorporating The Wailers - Robert Marley O.M., Winston McIntosh & Neville Livingston C.D.

 It then becomes very much clearer as the map of Chris Blackwell's history of Racketeering, Influence & Corruption Organized (RICO) against Jamaica's Music Creators is laid out.  First RICO action was taken against Trojan, the trademark brand for Duke Reid's Treasure Isle enterprise and Soundsystem that Chris Blackwell set up in 1967 as a subsidiary of Island Records, and where Duke Reid's catalog is currently flagrantly being illegally owned and traded by Universal Music Group with no returns to either the Estate of Duke Reid and his children or the artists involved.

 Then his outright support of the artists associated contractually to re-record their early catalogs and re-publish these works in the UK either for his own publishing companies or ones that he would eventually purchase in his Blue Mountain Music publishing company.

 We know that Clement 'Sir Coxson' Dodd went to his maker with Chris Blackwell on his mind, ask any of his close family members how much personal, mental and business abuse that Mr. Dodd endured by Chris Blackwell's actions on his catalog over the period with one glaring example of many being in the song 'One Love' an original that was recorded and published as The Wailers  on CoxSone's Studio 1.

 and that was re-recorded and re-published as an Island/Blue Mountain Music track and credited only to 'Bob Marley& The Wailers' the group name that was scammed to represent just Robert Marley's solo career and not The Wailers that was the three equal members of Robert Marley, Winston McIntosh & Neville Livingston.  This scamming infected the whole Wailers catalog that was retitled to the 'Bob Marley & The Wailers' title and set the stage for Blue Mountain Music Publishing claims of ownership of the 10 Years of The Wailers catalog of 1963-73.

 So with this history wouldn't it be that Chris Blackwell would have his designs on the 'Studio 1' catalog and what better way than the scheme/scamming that he has so far successfully used against Duke Reid, his Estate and his Trojan Music brand and catalog.  Of course he wouldn't just do a deal directly with the 'Studio 1 Estate', because his history is that of an established 'colonial' criminal with an unresolved history against the music label and Jamaican music overall, so instead as a pirate he would have to set up in an international market like Ghana that is just opening up to Jamaican products and services, where Jamaican companies like Jamaica National have just opened branches.  Just as London was chosen in the early days of Chris Blackwell pirating Trojan his Racketeering, Influence, Corruption and Organization would then be put into full swing.

COLONIALITY

Originally a node in the global network of the slave, sugar, and rum trades, Jamaica has 
always been part of a global system. Contemporary Jamaica is situated in the international 
networks of communication, coercion, trade, exploitation, dialogue and argument of modern 
global colonial capitalism. Modern global capitalism is “colonial” in that its institutions are 
informed by a colonial history even though formal colonial relationships have ended. 
Coloniality is expressed through the “marginalization and suppression of the knowledge and 
culture of subaltern groups” along colonial lines. Coloniality is reinforced when intellectual 
property law has the effect of filtering out creative works and practices of marginalized 
communities.


The most internationally well-known Jamaican musician is Bob Marley, whose “rebel music” 
was well suited to the indigenous and anti-colonial movements of the 1960s, and whose 
widespread success benefitted from the synergy between his message and the historical era. 
Paradoxically, colonial power itself played a role in Marley’s global reach. A white, upper-

class Jamaican, Chris Blackwell was instrumental in establishing Marley internationally, 
and also came to own the rights to much of the music Marley played.


This example illustrates how, even for successful musicians, copyright law can benefit those with colonial advantage and perpetuate the colonially-informed allocation of benefits. This is true on a 
wider scale in Jamaica, where despite the music’s global reach, artist’s successes do not 
transform their communities, nor lead to widespread economic advancement, especially for 
the poor majority most involved in musicking

The statement erases the history of Jamaican popular music before 1973 — including mento, ska, rocksteady and early reggae — both by claiming that Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff invented reggae and by implying that Island Records owner Chris Blackwell, like Columbus, merely “discovered” it. These myths are perpetuated by most of the mass-market books about reggae (as well as some of the academic works), which give the lion’s share of coverage to artists affiliated with Island Records and its descendants

GREETINGS AND COMPLIMENTS OF ALL SEASONS TO THE GOVERNMENT AND ADMINISTRATIONS OF GHANA RESPECTIVELY

I am Neville Oriley Livingston C.D. appointed The Order Of Distinction, Class Of Commander from The Government of Jamaica respectively pka Bunny Wailer, survivor of The Wailers also consisting of the late Robert Nesta Marley O.M., Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee pka Bob Marley and Winston Hubert McIntosh pka Peter Tosh respectively.

I, Bunny Wailer, am herein and hereby addressing the Government of Ghana surrounding the performances of Lord Christopher Blackwell and Rita ‘so called’ Marley respectively.  Why have the strange and questionable practices of people such as Lord Christopher Blackwell and Rita presently choosing Africa to do and accomplish their filth and abominable works.  In South Africa, where Rita was caught and charged for smuggling a very large diamond/precious stone of some sort in the private part of her vagina and was bailed by Lord Christopher Blackwell for approximately the sum of $28,000,000 JAD. 

Presently they have both entered and ventured into another African State of Ghana where they both have again illegally engaged themselves into another dangerous violation of African laws.  For both Blackwell and Rita who have presently established a Studio one Recording and distribution company without the legitimate right and permission from the present owners and administrators in Jamaica of Studio One Recording Company to do so.

It has therefore become a very serious and illegal venture surrounding Lord Christopher Blackwell and Rita respectively, therefore it is the duty and responsibility for the Government of Ghana to investigate these activities surrounding both of these people in Ghana, doing what they are, without being stopped and questioned by the Government of Ghana. I personally think that Rita should be also sent to the Government of South Africa where she is wanted for smuggling.

Rita must also be investigated based on her illegality surrounding the African designer whom she began a relationship their in Africa and robbed his family of all the African Heritage that their son and along with his family had somehow made known to Rita, who organized and robbed the African family of their traditional wealth, causing Rita’s African victim to crash and die suicidally while Rita still walks free to continue doing her vicious illegalities in Africa.  This then makes Rita committing herself in three African states without being arrested and interrogated to exhibit the wrongs that Rita has been allowed to do violating the laws that governs these countries of Africa and Africans home and abroad, that both Rita and Lord Christopher Blackwell, aims to violate further, if they are not stopped and arrested for these ugly and vicious crimes that these two people are responsible for and is still set out and aiming to do to Africa, if they are not stopped, jailed and imprisoned by the African states that they have so far both together and apart robbed and also have caused the suicidal death of a free living son of Africa and robbery of his family’s wealth by Rita.   Blackwell and Rita in accumulating their 'wealth' are suspected of committing several murders here in Jamaica and other territories of the world in the death of Robert Nesta ‘Bob’ Marley O.M., Winston Hubert McIntosh/Peter Tosn, Jeff ‘Free I’ Dixon and Wilton ‘Doc’ Brown along with injuring Carlton ‘Santa’ Davis - Peter’s Drummer, Free I’s wife Yvonne Dixon and Marlene Brown respectively.

These are the kind of vicious crimes and cruel murders suspiciously done to these people and without Blackwell and Rita being arrested and investigated for these murders and injuries done to these people with Rita using also Dennis ‘Leppo’ Lobban to commit her vicious and to be solved crimes.  Even the death of Rita’s father and Aunt who also died very suspiciously under Rita’s control and performance in establishing ‘Rita Marley’s Music’ which was confiscated by the USA Government after she was being tried along with her lawyer David Steinberg and Marvin Zolt her accountant respectively, when all previous Robert Marley’s wealth of US $30,000,000 given to Rita by Don Taylor to divide among and passed on to Robert Marley’s children and family, which Rita didn’t, and ended up being tried in the USA for these vicious crimes committed by Rita and her accomplices including her Jamaican lawyer Mr. Michael Hylton in the confiscation of Robert Marley’s wealth and is still suspiciously watched by the government of the USA.  Therefore Chris Blackwell and Rita are vicious criminals in as far as their actions surrounding these mentioned activities and people are concerned.  It is therefore now the time for these people to be stopped before they are allowed to commit more vicious crimes of murder and otherwise in Africa and to Africans home and abroad.  They must all be stopped and put away permanently.

Myself and Robert had already belonged to a family with my father Mr. Thaddeus Livingston and Robert’s mother, Mrs. Malcolm Booker, prior to her bing married and having a daughter named Pearl Livingston of whom I, Bunny Wailer and Robert Nesta Marley O.M. are Pearl’s brothers prior both Robert and myself becoming ‘The Wailers’ in 1964 professionally working with 'Coxon Studio 1' respectively.  It wasn’t until The Wailers started to work for 'Coxon Studio 1' in 1964 that Robert, Peter and myself Bunny, “The Wailers” were then acquainted to Rita just having a baby named Sharon feeding from her mother Rita’s breast while still inviting a member of ‘The Wailers’ Peter Tosh to her Rita’s sexual activities.  Then afterwards it was  Robert having returned from the USA in 1966 after being married to Rita who tried to invite Robert and even myself Bunny to be the father of Cedella, whom in reality was Mortimo Planno’s child.  Robert in his frustration surrounding Cedella, and with I also being counted as her dad already set by Rita and Planno, before I Bunny Wailer returned from Richmond Farm Prison in September 1968.  Robert confused by Rita’s performance with her daughter Cedella, scared Robert into complete frustration, making him to remove his dreadlocks from his head and threw both the ring, marriage certificate and his trimmed dreadlocks, that he Robert removed from his head, into the Caribbean Sea which I, Bunny Wailer hold as facts, until Rita have proven otherwise for I, Bunny Wailer to believe that she Rita is still a Marley.

Thirty years after killing and death of Robert Nesta Marley O.M., Blackwell is also seriously suspected as being responsible for giving to Dianne Jobson the drug that made Robert’s mom, Mrs. Malcolm Booker sleep to death in St. Ann.  These and more could be their crimes if they are not stopped, arrested, charged and penalized for these ugly and vicious crimes already done by Blackwell, Rita and Dianne Jobson who must all be arrested, questioned and when proven guilty are to be all sentenced and sent to prison, or also be executed for their vicious and cruel crimes, killings, robbery and illegal establishment of The Coxon Studio One recording and distribution complex there in Ghana respectively.

It has also been brought to my attention of Rita focusing her evil plans on Ethiopia, but I would like for Ethiopia to know Rita’s deep and criminal intentions of associating herself with Lord Christopher Blackwell to do so many wrong things in their relationship with Africa, that makes me to wonder whats next.

My interest is that I have also filed a writ against CoxsoneStudio One in the USA for $30,000,000.00 USD on behalf of The Wailers respectively.  I therefore look forward to seeing the wonderful land and people of Africa, which includes Ghana and South Africa, in my upcoming inaugural visit to Africa respectively.
